1. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact us within 6 hours after purchasing if you would like to cancel or change your order.

Cancelation by customer is available only before we cut the fabric/Lace. Notification in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted.

Alarbata laces doesn’t offer refunds and accept returns or exchanges for incorrect purchases once the fabric has been cut. If you are not sure if the fabric on photo has the correct colour, pattern, weight or style, please order a free sample or contact us before you place an order. The colour in pictures may vary in appearance between different monitors/screens. Please order a free sample or contact us before purchasing if colour of any fabric is essential for your project.

 

2. REFUND AVAILABLE ONLY FOR

Returns and refunds are available only for full laces or full fabric and within 14 days of the original delivery.Shipping, handling and import taxes are deducted from the refund amount. Customer shall bear the costs of returning. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Alarbata laces will use its reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which its obligations to you may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
